Independent Sales Representatives – Team Leadership
Enovative Technologies is seeking contractor support to grow and coordinate our nationwide network of independent sales representatives. Enovative seeks to increase the number of independent sales representatives carrying its products and requires assistance identifying, contracting and coaching and coordinating the reps in the network.
Statement of Work Summary:
- Coordinate efforts of other contractors selling Enovative products at events
- Coach sales representatives to better demonstrate and sell Enovative products
- Identify new companies and individuals to contract with Enovative for sales support
- Review contractor proposals and past performance for addition to the network.
Past Performance Requirements:
- Experience managing teams of independent contractors
- Demonstrated success coaching sales reps to improve their performance
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly sales goals
